What is RoboRAVE ?
RoboRAVE is:
A Robotics Education program to teach students and teachers how to design, build, program and test robots to perform a variety of tasks.
and
An International Robotics Competition for teams of kids, ages 8 to adults, to test their design in one or more events.
Our motto: "Today's Play, Tomorrow's Pay".
Our three goals: Fun while Learning, Sharing & Teamwork.
RoboRAVE is an Open Platform competition: ANY Robot, ANY Software, ANYONE from ANYWHERE!
All teams must consist of 2 to 4 players with an optional coach.
Divisions:
Elementary School: ~8 to 10 years
Middle School: ~11 to 13 years
High School: ~14 to 18 years
University or Professional: >18 years
